West End Roofing Co. provides roofing services including roof repairs, full roof replacements, and flat roofing, primarily across Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

3. Quotations
Quotations provided via the Site, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information and access available to us at the time of inspection. Quotations are valid for the period stated at the time of issue (or, if no period is stated, for 30 days), after which prices may be subject to change. Final pricing may vary if, once work commences, unforeseen issues are identified (for example hidden timber decay, structural problems, or additional access requirements). Where this occurs, we will inform you before carrying out any additional work and agree revised pricing with you.
4. Booking and Payment
Acceptance of a quotation, whether verbally, in writing, or by email, constitutes a contract between you and West End Roofing Co. on these Terms. Payment terms (including any deposit, staged payments, or balance due on completion) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge reasonable interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
5. Cancellations and Access
If you need to cancel or postpone a booked appointment or works, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a reasonable charge to cover costs already incurred, such as materials ordered or labour scheduled. We require safe and reasonable access to the property and roof area to carry out works; delays caused by lack of access may affect scheduling and cost.
6. Workmanship and Guarantees
We carry out all work to a good standard of workmanship in line with relevant industry practice and, where applicable, manufacturer specifications. Any guarantee offered on specific works will be confirmed to you in writing (e.g. on your invoice or a separate guarantee document) and will set out its duration and what it covers. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by storms, accidents, third-party work, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, and are subject to the terms confirmed with you at the time.
Materials supplied by us are subject to the manufacturers' own warranties where applicable, and we will pass on the benefit of these where relevant.
7. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for the services we provide. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the value of the relevant work undertaken, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to West End Roofing Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
